Peplum Wool || Collectif 1950's Deana Jacket

I love how classy-yet-sassy vintage styles can look when the fit is perfect and the design is just right.  Collectif has mastered this concept, which is why they are one of my favorite shops!  This 1950's style Deana peplum wool jacket is currently one of my favorite pieces in my closet...  I just love the idea that the jacket can be the look and can have so much style, much like the way ladies used to dress daily.  It especially is fun when you live somewhere cold, and you can build a wardrobe where the jackets and coats have a season to be on rotation.  I just adore dressing for each season!  To play off the gray color, I added these amazing Silkies diamond pattern stockings and a vintage veiled hat.

  1. Wow, that jacket is truly amazing and it emphasizes your waist perfectly. A great outfit, love how you added a bit of colour with the purple skirt.
