Angelic Holiday || Shimmering Silver at Rockefeller

Greetings from festive Rockefeller Center!

It's holiday time in New York, and I can't imagine a more magical place to be for the nostalgic soul.  It doesn't get more classic than this 1930's national landmark, with Art Deco skyscrapers surrounding  it & Christmas magic dazzling the entire world each year.  The famed Christmas tree was erected for the first time in 1933, and the gilded cast bronze Prometheus statue was constructed in 1934.  Marilyn Monroe stood here to help launch the construction of the Time-Life Building in 1957!  What a feeling to stand here during the most wonderful time of the year.

The Pretty Dress Company creates some of the very best designs for glamorous occasions, and they are one of the first brands I think of for holiday outfits!  Matching today's angelic setting, I'm wearing Fatale Embroidered Prom Dress in silver baroque with lace overlay.  This striking frock certainly is show-stopping, and the epitome of holiday glamour.  With a silhouette inspired by true vintage, and a voluminous full skirt, this piece is 1950's romantic femininity at it's finest.
