Lounging in Lady Jane Vintage

Happy Weekend!  I'm sure you all know how much I love Lady Jane Vintage.  Jen finds the most stunning rare true vintage pieces, and constantly.  Not only does she live in an area that is ripe with antiques, but Jen is clever, determined, hard working, and not afraid to get her hands dirty in order to find treasures.  Not only this, but she is always kind and helpful if you have any special requests or just questions in general.  There's certainly more than just one reason why I love this vintage shop so much, as you can see. :)

Recently she found a piece just for me, and it is an absolute gem... on that I will treasure forever!  This 1940's dressing gown is a dream dress, and a style that I've been wanting for so long.  Shades of blue are my favorite, so the beautiful teal fabric is just perfect... as well as the fit - amazingly just my size.  Her floor length hemline and full skirt are so elegant, I could truly wear this gown out just as I can at home!  I'm so excited for all of her glamorous possibilities.  My styling included matching LJV jewels, hair flower, and a French wine... Loupart Sauvignon Blanc to be exact!

  1. Don't you think it's just crazy that a bloody dressing gown can be soooo elegant?!
